Lot 31 was an answer to my prayer! We had been to so many dealerships, drove a lot of vehicles, and made so many phone calls with no luck. Other dealers add so many fees and are reluctant to give out the door quotes on vehicles. David helped us with every step of the process from answering my questions on the phone, to emailing an out the door quote, to working with our credit union and helping me with the financing. David even worked around our schedule and stayed late after closing to finish the purchase. I could not have asked for a better dealership to work with and will definitely return to buy another vehicle!

Great customer service! I had been searching around for a particular vehicle, going to different states to look at ones for sale. I finally found what I was looking for in Alabama, at Lot 31. I had all my paperwork in place and was in and out in about 30 minutes. I had bought this particular SUV over six months ago at their lot, and I am still exceedingly happy with my purchase.

Just Wanted to give a big thinks to will at lot 31 for a painless car buying experience and before I left. He told me if I need anything tires service etc to get with him and he could get me a good deal on such. That means a lot has most dealers in the past. Wont to know all about you and your family until you sign. The papers then you're a complete stranger. So much thanks to will i would definitely go back

Jim and Jamie run this place with the up most integrity . I drove from Cullman I’m so glad I did . Don’t walk run to Lot 31 !!!!

I found my jeep online for the best price with all the bells and whistles! I live an hour away and bugged Jim with questions that he answered honestly and with great customer service!!! I’m happy to say that I highly recommend lot 31 in Hoover to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Lot 31, Over the weekend I was riding in a rental car and stop by Krystal, and it was this Lexus GS350 and I said to myself there is my car, so I was on Facebook marketplace and Ms. Jamie had put it on there so I messaged her and let her know that I was interested in that car , so Monday morning I was at the dealership , I was greeted with professional and throughout the process I was treated with respect, and I finalize the deal, it was not necessary for me to go anywhere else , David , Will , Jamie was awesome, and I am very satisfied , now it time for me to take the rental car back and enjoy my Lexus, Good people to do business with , Lot 31 Auto sales ,
