Just Wanted to give a big thinks to will at lot 31 for a painless car buying experience and before I left. He told me if I need anything tires service etc to get with him and he could get me a good deal on such. That means a lot has most dealers in the past. Wont to know all about you and your family until you sign. The papers then you're a complete stranger. So much thanks to will i would definitely go back

Best car buying experience ever !! When you ask for something it gets done immediately. It was an absolute pleasure dealing w/ these wonderful people !! David is fantastic ! Jim and Jamie run this place with the up most integrity . I drove from Cullman I’m so glad I did . Don’t walk run to Lot 31 !!!!

I found my jeep online for the best price with all the bells and whistles! I live an hour away and bugged Jim with questions that he answered honestly and with great customer service!!! I’m happy to say that I highly recommend lot 31 in Hoover to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Lot 31, Over the weekend I was riding in a rental car and stop by Krystal, and it was this Lexus GS350 and I said to myself there is my car, so I was on Facebook marketplace and Ms. Jamie had put it on there so I messaged her and let her know that I was interested in that car , so Monday morning I was at the dealership , I was greeted with professional and throughout the process I was treated with respect, and I finalize the deal, it was not necessary for me to go anywhere else , David , Will , Jamie was awesome, and I am very satisfied , now it time for me to take the rental car back and enjoy my Lexus, Good people to do business with , Lot 31 Auto sales ,

I met David, and he did everything he could do to help me as well as the owner and his son Will. I was looking at a 2016 MERCEDES-BENZ GLE AMG 450 COUPE and they provided me with the upmost professionalism, honesty, and courtesy. Bought my 2020 Mustang GT and had a great buying experience. Was able to casually talk about the car and test drive it with no pressure. As my first big purchase, they made it really easy for me and were there to help me along the way. Prices were very reasonable and the Mustang was in great condition. Everything from first seeing the car to driving it off the lot was a great experience! The quality of the car and service is the best there is!

They were nice, just couldn't make a deal. Walked away over $500. And they wouldn't have to detail the car, it was just brought in.
